Delete it yourself (instant)

1. Open the NOVA BUY app or app.novabuy.live and log in.
2. Tap Account at the bottom.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Or ask us to delete it

Email hrb6041@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my NOVA BUY account”. We delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your login, name, email, phone number, saved addresses, cart, wishlist and chats. For sellers: store profile, CNIC details and photos, payout details, products and reels.

What is kept

Records of completed orders (order number, items, amount, delivery city) are kept for up to 1 year for tax, refunds and fraud prevention, then deleted.
