Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, mobile number, and your Google profile name/email if you sign in with Google.
• Orders: delivery address, city, items ordered and order status.
• Sellers: store details, CNIC number and CNIC photos, and payout (bank / wallet) details, used only to verify the seller and pay them. These are visible only to the seller and the NOVA BUY admin.
• Content you upload: product photos, reels and photos used for virtual try-on.

How we use it

To create your account, process and deliver orders, verify sellers, show products and reels, provide customer support, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Some data is also kept on your device so the app works offline.

Sharing

Order details (name, phone, address) are shared with the seller and delivery partner that fulfil your order. We share data with authorities only when required by law.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, log out, or delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account in the app or web app. See Delete your account. To request removal of any remaining data, email hrb6041@gmail.com.

Permissions (Android)

Camera and photos/files are used only when you choose to upload product photos, reels, CNIC pictures or try-on images. Notifications are used for order updates.

Children

NOVA BUY is not intended for children under 13.
