Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and NOVA BUY (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying or selling on NOVA BUY you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use NOVA BUY.

1. Who can use NOVA BUY

You must be at least 18 years old, or use NOVA BUY with a parent’s or guardian’s permission. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us at once if someone else uses your account.

2. Accounts

One account works in the Android app and on the web app. Give true and current details (name, email, phone, address). We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, break these terms or harm other users.

3. Buying on NOVA BUY

• Products are listed and sold by independent sellers. The seller is responsible for the product, its description, price and stock.
• An order is confirmed when the seller accepts it. Prices include the amounts shown at checkout; delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order.
• Payment methods: cash on delivery, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer. Pay only through the methods shown in the app.
• Check your parcel when it arrives. Returns and refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Selling on NOVA BUY

• Sellers must register with their own CNIC, phone number and a payout account (bank/IBAN or mobile wallet) in the same name as the CNIC. One CNIC = one seller account.
• The NOVA BUY team reviews every application and may approve, reject or ask for changes. We tell the seller the reason in the app.
• Sellers must describe products honestly, use their own photos and videos, keep stock up to date and ship orders on time with tracking when available.
• Sellers choose for each product whether it is stored at the NOVA warehouse or kept and shipped by the seller.
• Seller fees: the seller subscription starts with a free first month and then costs US$10 per month; optional add-ons such as the AI Seller Assistant are free for 30 days and then Rs. 499 per month. Sellers are told before any charge and can cancel from the Seller Dashboard.
• Seller payouts are sent to the registered payout account after the order is delivered and any return period has passed.

5. Prohibited items and behaviour

You may not list or buy: counterfeit or fake branded goods, stolen goods, weapons and ammunition, drugs and medicines without licence, alcohol, tobacco and vaping products for minors, adult content, wildlife products, hacked accounts or software, or anything illegal in Pakistan. You may not harass users, post false reviews, take payments outside NOVA BUY, or try to break or misuse the app.

6. Suspension and removal

We may remove listings or reels, and suspend or close stores and accounts, that break these terms or the law, or after repeated complaints. A suspended store is hidden from buyers. We tell the seller the reason and how long the suspension lasts.

7. Reels, photos and reviews

You keep ownership of content you upload, but you allow NOVA BUY to show it in the app, on the website and in our marketing. You must have the right to everything you upload.

8. AI features

AI shopping help and virtual try-on are guides only. Check product details before you buy; try-on images are a preview, not an exact result.

9. Privacy

How we collect and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time: see Delete your account.

10. Liability

NOVA BUY connects buyers and sellers and works to keep the marketplace safe, but we are not the maker of products sold by sellers. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
